LCG Days kicks off on May 13th at the Fantasy Flight Games Event Center in Roseville, MN. Over the course of the weekend there will be learn to play sessions and designer seminars for each of our LCGs, including the latest addition to the LCG catalog, The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game. LCG Days will give competitive players a chance to compete in the 2011 Midwest Regionals while offering newcomers and casual players many events and seminars dedicated to their favorite LCGs. Meet the designers, learn the secrets of deck-building, and compete to win exciting prizes, all while enjoying a weekend of gaming with other LCG enthusiasts.
The LCG Midwest Regionals tournament hosted at LCG Days will also give you a chance to throw down with the best the Midwest has to offer! In addition to earning an advantage at this year’s Worlds, winners of the LCG Days Midwest Regionals will also win an exclusive hand-crafted trophy to commemorate their triumph!

New to LCGs?
A Living Card Game (LCG) is a game that breaks away from the traditional Collectible Card Game (CCG) model by offering a new fixed card distribution method that still offers the same dynamic customizable, expanding, and constantly evolving game play that makes CCG’s so much fun, but without the blind buy purchase model that has burned out so many players. The end result is an innovative mix that gives you the best of both worlds!
Fantasy Flight Game has a growing array of Living Card Games:
As the first cooperative LCG, The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game puts players in control of their own custom fellowship, setting out on a perilous quest that must be overcome together. The LCG Days event will feature a series of tutorials designed to teach newcomers how to venture into Middle-earth and defy the Dark Lord in this exciting new game. Also, designer Nate French will be on hand to discuss how this unique LCG came into being.
Challenge your opponents with political prowess or military might in the epic LCG based on George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire saga. A Game of Thrones: The Card Game draws players in to the vibrant world of Westeros, where noble Houses scheme, plot, and clash swords in their struggle for the Iron Throne. Test your mettle in the AGoT melee and face off against the best players in the midwest to compete for the title of Midwest Regional Champion!
Stare into the gaping maw of oblivion with Call of the Cthulhu: The Card Game, the LCG based on the chilling written works of H.P. Lovecraft. Face your fears as you take on the best of the best in our CoC tournaments and learn from the design team how this frightening LCG continues to raise the terror level for players.
Finally, join the warring factions of the Old World with Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game, a game of kingdoms, conquest, and brutal warfare. There is no peace in the world of Warhammer, and conflict is never hard to find. Similarly, you will find no shortage of adversaries at LCG Days. With a number of tournaments and the chance to become Midwest Regional Champion, you will find plenty of opportunities to prove you have what it takes to conquer the Old World.
