Fantasy Flight Games is pleased to announce the launch of our Business-to-Business (B2B) online store, a system designed to provide exact inventory information to every tier of our wholesale customer base, while making the process of ordering FFG products more efficient and accessible at all hours.
"This is a big step forward for FFG and our customers" said Bryan Bornmueller, FFG's Senior Sales Associate. "This service will simplify and speed up the ordering process for most of our customers and will handle not only the day-to-day restock orders, but also pre-orders and backorders."
The FFG B2B Store is aimed at making it easier for both distributors and retailers to check stock levels and place orders for product. To ensure stability, the system has undergone testing with a group of distribution and retail customers since early summer 2009. The launch of the B2B online store is an important technological advance for FFG, one made possible by a major systems migration the company undertook in the Fall of ’08.
“We’re very proud of the interface, functionality, and potential time-savings that this software can give our customers,” said Christian T. Petersen, CEO of Fantasy Flight Games. “We’ve worked hard to make this an elegant experience for the user, one matched by a robust operation internally at FFG.”
Interested distributors and retailers with FFG accounts can contact their FFG sales representative to obtain more information about this new service.
very nice. glad to see stuff like this happen.
Great news, the ability to manage pre-orders will be especially handy!
This should make it easier for us to order the store's league kits. And other products.
