As each week has gone by, war has come closer to home. The invasion is beginning to take hold, and each side has started to develop their kingdoms into mighty empires. As the capitals of these powerful nations grow, so to does their military. Legendary heroes, men-at-arms, foul daemons, bloodthirsty orcs, armoured dwarfs, cruel dark elves, and the magical prowess of the High Elves are all being assembled to lay waste to their foes. Yet each faction needs someone to lead it. Will you take command?

Shipping to distributors next week, Warhammer: Invasion carries with it the weight of war. Players will be tasked with governing the construction and development of their races capital, as well as building up their armed forces. Able to dictate who builds up the kingdom, who goes on quests to bring in new information, and who will risk their lives on the fields of battle, players will find themselves in a position of absolute power.

So let your retailer or distributor know that you want to be part of the legendary war that threatens the destruction of the Old World as we know it. The call to arms has sounded, you will need to rally to your local game store to answer.

Warhammer Invasion The Card Game is a card game, by Eric M. Lang, in which 2 players develop their kingdoms and lay waste to their foes. Each side is comprised of either the forces of Order -Dwarfs, High Elves, Empire- or the forces of Destruction -Orcs, Chaos, Dark Elves- as they seek to extend their empire to include the entire Old World.

Off to a FLGS to let them know it exists and to order them! (and then promote it...). Now if only I could clone myself and find some more time off of my other duties...
