|Invoke Sigmar's Wrath to Smite Your Foes
Faith of Sigmar, a Print on Demand expansion for WFRP, is now available
|Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay: Faith of Sigmar | Published 19 January 2012|
The life of a priest of Sigmar is a life of war – an endless war waged against the Empire’s many foes.
–Tome of Blessings
Priests of Sigmar, rejoice! Your prayers have been answered. The Empire’s patron deity has not forgotten his people in their time of greatest need. While Beastmen and bands of Chaos marauders threaten the Empire’s borders, cultists summon daemons, foment rebellion, and sow corruption within its cities. Against these threats, devout Sigmarites take arms, lifting their warhammers and preparing for battle, and Sigmar grants them new powers to smite their foes.
Fantasy Flight Games is proud to announce that Faith of Sigmar, a Print on Demand supplement for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, is now available through our webstore to bolster your campaign and the Empire.
Though Sigmar is not renowned as a god of prophecy, the Empire’s commoners tend to find omens of his will everywhere they turn. So synonymous with the Empire is Sigmar, that commoners find his prophecies in virtually every aspect of mundane life–the overcast sky, a nagging injury, or the sound of a hammer hitting an anvil. Amidst so much confusion, it becomes difficult to read true signs, but some signs now show so clearly as to be unmistakeable. Sigmar’s Empire stands threatened, and he is wroth!
Faith of Sigmar introduces fifteen new blessings and two new items full of righteous wrath!
Whether you’re confronting your first heretic or preparing to answer the Hero’s Call in epic battle, Faith of Sigmar gives your Sigmarite new ways to bolster your allies, inflame their passions, and convey your hatred of your enemies into powerful and decisive action. The fifteen blessings in Faith of Sigmar run from Rank 1 to Rank 5, and its two new items easily mark their bearer as one of Sigmar’s most favoured.
What is Print on Demand?
Originally debuted with our announcement of expansions for Space Hulk – Death Angel: The Card Game, Print on Demand is an exciting new process that allows Fantasy Flight Games to produce professionally finished cards on a made-to-order basis, which opens up new opportunities for expanding existing games.
This process (not to be confused with Print and Play), results in smaller print runs of professionally manufactured products, allowing publishers to provide fans with content that would otherwise not be commercially viable. If you’re a retailer interested in carrying our Print on Demand products, visit our Professional Zone website to learn more.
Why Print on Demand instead of a traditional product?
These Print on Demand products are not a substitute for normal Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay releases. Instead, we use this unique form of direct manufacturing to augment our regular support for the game. Print on Demand enables us to provide special content that otherwise would likely not have seen the light of day. This is the awesome proposition of the Print on Demand format, and we're excited it enables us to provide players with cool material.

Smite your foes with the Faith of Sigmar!
I would say - nice to see it but personaly I hate print on demand.
The reason is that I have to wait for them a couple of month to reach Europe and my FLGS.
And another reason why I hate it is that I can imagine that after Sigmar there will be other Faiths and maybe even Orders with extra spells.
I would rather see it all in one box becouse we need more splees and blessings for Rank 1 -3 or even 4-5.
So as much as I happy to see it then as much I'm angry about it.
That's taking money from gamers pockets with style, eh FFG?
Yes, You know how to take money out of our wallets.
Oh, and it's only $7.
This is great news. Hopefully, this will be the first of many. Thanks FFG for not giving up on this line.
