Unearth More Powerful Tools for Arkham 22
An update is available for the Arkham Horror Toolkit
Arkham Horror Toolkit | Published 19 July 2011

The Ancient Ones and their cult followers spread evil through the streets of Arkham with secrecy, dread sorcery, and otherworldly powers. Only a small band of stalwart investigators works to counter their growing influence in the world. They will need all the resources they can find.

The most recent updates to the Arkham Horror Toolkit, Miskatonic Horror and the revised The Curse of the Dark Pharaoh, are now available on the iTunes App Store! These expansions greatly enhance an already comprehensive suite of tools designed to enhance your gameplay, reducing setup time and allowing you to focus on your objective–ridding Arkham of the Ancient Ones’ evil.

Two new in-app expansions enrich and simplify your Arkham Horror experience by trimming shuffle time and clearing table space.

Miskatonic Horror Expansion

A recent find at Miskatonic University has unearthed even more mysteries pertaining to the strange happenings in Arkham. While the worshippers of the Ancient One grow in strength, the stalwart defenders of this sleepy town are put to the ultimate test!

The Miskatonic Horror Expansion seamlessly boosts your game with 152 new gate encounters and an astounding 600 new location encounters for Dunwich, Kingsport, and Innsmouth.

The Curse of the Dark Pharaoh Expansion (Revised)

“Know, O Thief, that these things are mine, for I am the Dark Pharaoh, him of the Crawling Chaos. Take what is mine and your blood will boil in your skin, as I reveal to you my Other Faces and my True Glory.”
    –Whispers of the Dark Pharaoh

The Curse of the Dark Pharaoh Expansion updates your Arkham Horror Toolkit with 135 location encounters and 78 gate encounters from the revised expansion for Arkham Horror.

This update replaces the content from the original The Curse of the Dark Pharaoh expansion and better integrates the expansion with Miskatonic Horror and the rest of the Arkham Horror experience. The revision updates the original expansion’s Barred from the neighborhood mechanic to the improved Patrolled mechanic, and reflects the expansion’s new rules for Benefits and Detriments.

All your favorite dual-color Gate cards remain, and players who already own The Curse of the Dark Pharaoh for their Arkham Horror Toolkit receive a free, automatic update.

Start digging into the mysteries of Arkham’s darkest exhibits. The Arkham Horror Toolkit is customized to help you speed up your games. Head over to the App Store today to pull these artifacts off the shelves!

The Arkham Horror Toolkit is a full suite of tools designed to augment and enhance your Arkham Horror experience. Whether you use the Dice Roller, Investigator tool, Location Deck, Map Display, or all of the above, the Arkham Horror Toolkit will take care of the bookkeeping for you. This wide range of time-saving functions will let you concentrate on what’s most important: ridding Arkham of the dark forces that seek to overtake it.

Android!  Android!  I have the Elder Signs Omens app for my HTC Merge and absolutely love it (even though there is only one Great Old One).  I definately would but this app the minute it became available for my phone.  Any thoughts on a full port of AH for pc?

+1 For android.

Android actuallly has more users than iphone which would suggest that there would be more benificial to pursue an android app instead of one made for iphone. Besides iphones are pretty lousy compared to an andoid phone in the same pricerange...

This Ap is absolutely Brilliant. I bought it some time ago and use it during my games to keep track of my character.

One thing that I am a little upset about is that my in App purchases are not transferrable between my iPad and my iPhone. I am seriously lucky that I happened to be using my iPad at the time I bought the Expansion resources, since it is so much easier to use than the tiny iPhone screen. In saying that, I'd still like to have my purchases available on my iPhone just in case.

Very nice - I'm using it and it speeds play - though the app does have some bugs in it (please use the support link at bottom of pages on this site to report them) - e.g., when telling it to use only Miskatonic Horror additions to the base game, it at times gives results (Other World encounters) only supposed to be present with another addition such as Kingsport.

I own an Iphone, but I think everyone should have this app. I can think of several things that everyone should be able to have, but this isn't about me.

Android Arkham Horror app for those that want it!
