Announcing winter LCG Game Night Kits
Living Card Games | Published 01 February 2011

Fantasy Flight Games is pleased to announce the new Winter 2011 LCG Game Night Kits! Whether you've got an established, competitive community in play at your friendly local game store or you're just looking to get a regular group started, these kits will help provide prize support and structure for your play group.

For those unfamiliar with Game Nights, here is a summary of what you can expect. The organizer will set a certain time and day of the week for their Game Night. On the first night you’ll receive your achievement card to track your progress. Although there are official tournament rules for all of our LCGs, it comes down to the local player community and the organizer to determine the limitations and ground rules of a Game Night. The season generally lasts 6 weeks, at the end of which the winner is determined and the prizes from the Game Night kits are awarded.

Currently these Game Night Kits are available on our B2B store for A Game of Thrones: The Card Game, Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game, and Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game. Here is a quick overview of what comes in the Game Night Kits.

Is there anything similar to these kits for Lord of the Rings LCG?

One minor correction if I may.

"2 league cloissoné pins (Miskatonic and Yog-Shuggoth)

15 Miskatonic and 15 Yog-Shuggoth Success tokens"

should read:

"2 league cloissoné pins (Miskatonic and Yog-Sothoth)

15 Miskatonic and 15 Yog-Sothoth Success tokens"

An honest mistake.

On topic though, they look like great league kits. Deck boxes are always appreciated and the AgoT deck boxes were one of the best things about the Days Song of Ice and Fire grab bags.

The player mats are also really cool too though. Perhaps the player mats might be rotated in again with different art some time in the future?
