Your Invitation to Spread the Madness 13
Host a Mansions of Madness preview event at your local retailer
Mansions of Madness | Published 18 January 2011

Horrific monsters and spectral presences lurk in manors, crypts, schools, monasteries, and derelict buildings near Arkham, Massachusetts. Some spin dark conspiracies while others wait for hapless victims to devour or drive insane. It’s up to a handful of brave investigators to explore these cursed places and uncover the truth about the living nightmares within. Do you dare enter the Mansions of Madness?

To celebrate the upcoming release of Mansions of Madness, a board game of exploration, storytelling, and horror, Fantasy Flight Games would like to invite you to your local hobby games retailer to take part in an exciting preview event! On the weekend of February 19th and 20th, select retailers across North America will open their doors to a swarm of Investigators eager to put a stop to the evil machinations of the Keeper.

Designed by Corey Konieczka, Mansions of Madness is a scenario-driven board game of occult horror and mystery for two to five players. In it, one player takes on the role of the keeper, a malevolent force working to complete a sinister plot, and all other players take on the roles of investigators, the unlikely heroes who gather to oppose him. Every game of Mansions of Madness creates an immersive story that will unravel differently each time, and you can explore the mystery for yourself before the product is available for purchase!

Due to the short timeframe, this promotion is only available to retailers in the continental US and Canada at this time.

Mansions of Madness Retail Preview Kit will be made available to a limited number of retail stores throughout North America. These stores will receive an early copy of Mansions of Madness and host a special event where you’ll be among the first to play the game.

If you’re a hobby game store owner, read below for more information. If you’re a Mansions of Madness fan ready to face the darkest corners of Arkham, ask your local hobby shop owner about running this event at their own store.

Space is limited…visit the Mansions of Madness Retail Preview Event page and sign up today!

Is the assumption that the FFG Event Center will have the same preview close to being correct?

@miles1974:  Since stores can still apply to hold an event, I guess there is no list yet.

Wish they would have published a list of locations that were doing the preview.

Checked with basically the only pure gaming store here in Tampa, FL and was told that they already had events scheduled for that weekend.   :(

Gaaaah!!! I live in Norway, Europe, so I can't participate in this!! And this right after i find that I can't get the Arkham Horror app, because I have an android.  So, what other misfortunes does FFG have in store for me, I wonder...

Great to see Canada included, but I admit a bit of a laugh at 'North America and Canada'.

It's great to see that FFG is extending this to Canada too. I often feel forgotten up here :P
