Lucy bit her lip as the car drove further into the thunderstorm, putting the turn-off to the Lodge further and further behind them.

Fantasy Flight Games is pleased to announce the latest Asylum Pack for Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game! Initiations of the Favored is the third exciting chapter of the new expansion cycle The Rituals of the Order, coming early this spring. For more an overview of the design philosophy and goals of this expansion cycle, be sure to read Rituals of Power, designer James Hata’s introduction to the series.
The new Silver Twilight faction deepens its capabilities through powerful new Rituals and Artifacts like Ritual of Power and Satchel of the Void. Support cards and Resources are the theme of Initiations of the Favored and this Asylum Pack expands and strengthens the other Investigator and Mythos factions through examining their approaches to these core game concepts. Grasping Chthonian and Constricting Elder Thing assault Support cards while Southside Speakeasy and Slime Covered Dhole reposition Resources. Existing strategies will be tested and interesting new modes will enter the Call of Cthulhu metagame through Initiations of the Favored.
The tale of Lucy Jennings continues in the serial tale by Jeff Tidball included in this Asylum Pack. The journey of Lucy Jennings, society debutante and Silver Twilight initiate, into the realms of magic takes a dark turn when she meets the mysterious scholar, Dr. Cook, who takes her on a trip for "private lessons".
The Order of the Silver Twilight chooses its initiates carefully. Whether it raises them up or casts them down is the question that each initiate must face alone and at the edge of a sacrificial dagger. This spring, will you rise in the Order?
Based on the fiction of H.P. Lovecraft and his literary circle, Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game takes two players deep into the Cthulhu Mythos where investigators clash with the Ancient Ones and Elder Gods for the fate of the world. The Living Card Game format allows players to customize their gaming experience with monthly Asylum Pack expansions to the core game.
Wow! Finally a brazenly awesome Silver Twilight card. I want to splash some of their bloody Rituals in a Syndicate deck...
