The Game Master Toolkit Starts Shipping Now!
Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay | Published 16 March 2010

Some news for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay fans. The Game Master’s Toolkit is now shipping to distributors, so keep an eye out for it at your favorite retailer over the coming week.

The Game Master’s Toolkit is a valuable resource for both new and veteran GMs. The toolkit is filled with a number of helpful tools and adventure seeds for Game Masters to enhance their Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay games. It includes:

  • 1 full colour, 48-page GM Book
  • 1 sturdy, double-sided, four panel GM screen
  • 10 new item cards
  • 12 new location cards
  • 8 full colour nemesis organisation tracking sheets
  • 2 large creature standups
  • 14 medium creature standups
  • 4 small creature standups
  • 1 pre-built progress track
  • 24 tracking tokens

The Game Master’s Toolkit is being made available earlier than originally scheduled, as we have encountered unexpected delays with The Gathering Storm. The initial shipment did not meet our high quality standards and as such, portions of The Gathering Storm are being reprinted to ensure FFG continues to deliver the best possible products to our customers and fans. We hope the delays are minimal. Stay tuned to the website for more information about the status of The Gathering Storm as it becomes available.

. . .

Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay is a roleplaying game that sets unlikely heroes on the road to perilous adventure, in the grim setting of Games Workshop's Warhammer Fantasy world. Players will venture into the dark corners of the Empire, guided by luck and Fate, and challenge the threats that others cannot or will not face.

I just looked up on the updated commponents list and i can say only one thing - can't wait when FLGS will have it. Yes the commponent's are looking great. At a sneek pick I saw that will get Hounds of Khore in the bestiary, jupi!

After reading whats included I'm dissapointed!
Only thing which is of interest for me is the screen. I actually dont need  a organisation tracking sheet.

I can note it on a piece of paper what extra dices the members of an organisation or group get. And sadly there are no new Action and Talents included.

Is there a chance to buy the Screen saparately?

Just hope that the "monster book" bits of this  thing are as good as the old world bestiary which along with creatures of the dreamseed set new standards for how monster books where supposed to be written.

Waste of money IMO... wait till they put the book up as PDF then get a "copy"... maybe they should throw some sets of dice into each of these expansions to give them something that people may actually want...

Woot!  I can hardly wait!

Time to update the Living Index, the comprehensive component list, and, of course, the FAQ!

Saves me the trouble of making my own GM screen (hopefully). Looking forward to the new locations and items as well!!

Fingers crossed on TGS not taking too long.

that  should be "weighing in a 50ish pages, it's not worth the price."

I just don't have a whole lot of use for most of it. GM screen, card board cut outs, item cars, etc. Only real interest is the book. And weighing in at 40 is pages...just not worth the price.
