If I'm reading that right, your book may arrive sometime between December 15 and December 14, meaning that in order to get your book the supplier may have to go back in time.

Decided to stuff it and order through FFG, and it's looking like I might hopefully manage to get my copy by the end of the week, if the Warp is calm and the Emperor blesses the atmospheric freight transport that carries it!

According to a guy at my FLGS, Only War ships from his distriutor tomorrow, so he should see it by Monday.

God I hope that is true.

How much longer after the physical release do you think the Drive Thru Rpg release will be?

No mention of it as of yet, but the PDF has never come out at the same time as the physical book, when it comes to the core rulebooks.

I'd guess at January/February.

Wait, are you saying that those, like me, who bought the beta are going to have to wait an extra month or two to get the pdf?! At the time I thought getting $20 dollars off the final pdf, while getting a sneak peak sounded like a good deal. Looking back on it now I wouldn't have bought the beta if I had known that I would have to wait longer than everyone else for the game. :(

That's not entirely true. It has occurred before but I attribute it to some kind of clerical error. Heck I had a PDF copy of Tome of Fate before it was released in hardback and legally too from Drivethru, but I'm sure it was a mistake like I said.

I remember that happening - I believe it was then taken down again from the store (but people who had bought it could still download it) until the proper release date, so yea, that was an error on DTRPG.com's part.

So other than a mistake, where a website went live before it was meant to, it never happens.

So I'm going to stick with my "it never happens" line.

My FLGS called yesterday and told me they were holding a copy for me. If I wasn't out of town until Sunday, it would already be mine! GM screen too!
