I went on Amazon.co.uk just now They've updated their preview icon (from a generic Guardsmen picture to the actual rulebook) and set a release/publication date of December 5th.
Doesn't seem unreasonable to me.

Could be true, could be amazon making up release dates.
Not sure what else to say.
Amazon have a very poor track record at predicting FFG release dates.
The mind is its own place, and in itself, can make a Heaven of Hell, a Hell of Heaven.
I got an E-mail reminder this time last year telling me that Only War was due in two weeks. Given we were still writing it at the time, I found this reminder to be somewhat odd. 
Can’t believe it’s been a year… man I want this book!

December makes sense if FFG ever want to actually ship this and make money from it, but early December be a bit hopeful on Amazon's part.

Has anyone heard about it in fact being released on the 5th? I checked Amazon again and it said the 8th of January .

It's Amazon making up dates again, pretty much. The latest preview says it'll be out "later this quarter", so it depends on when their financial year ends. It could mean December, or it could be January. I'd have thought they'd have said if they planned to release it in December by now though.

Which company/website is that from then? I wouldn't mind ordering from someone else who actually knows what the hell is going on with the release.

Ok not in Europe as I thought, but Miniature Market. It still says pre-order on there… yet they have a stock value, and the guy I know did get a notice that it had shipped. I'm not sure what to think TBH.

Welp, not delivered yet. I got a message telling me that due to supply issues the GM Kit probably won't arrive until after Christmas.No news on the Core Rulebook but the new preview says it will be out this month.
What I want to have is just a release date. So I can be there to get a hold of it before the store is cleaned out. Is that so much to ask?
Fantasy Flight has received the core rule book and GM screen and are shipping them out. They have also received the Tome of Blood book from Black Crusade. I pre ordered both of the from FRP and they are shippin out Tome of Blood and I would guess next week they will be shipping only war core book to me.
