Two questions:
1) For the FFG company -- You announced that Netrunner:Android has now been reprinted and sent to retail stores, but I cannot order it online from FFG. I live in a small city in central CA, with no stores that stock FFG products. What gives?
2) For players -- As a former avid player/collector of the original Netrunner game, I have multiple hundreds of the old cards. Has anyone tried using the old cards along with the new/revamped Android cards and rules? Is it feasible?

Oops -- I hope it was obvious that I was referring to the "Living Card Game," not the Android board game. Also, to clarify, I tried buying the "core" card game set through FFG's "Shop" function, but it says "Not Available".
