Parts Replacement Turnaround

Not sure where else to put this…. but if anybody had a parts replacement request made any time in the past, how long did it take? Last time I made one it took a couple weeks… hoping that will not be the case seeing that I am missing a single figure from the copy of Battles of Westeros I picked up last week. You'd think that when you buy something, you would get the whole product. If you do not, it will be corrected in a timely manner.

Nevermind… somebody pointed out GenCon was last week. I would bet that is where they went….
