When marking forums read I often get a timeout error. This happens every time if I try to mark read the Board Games forum and sometimes in the single game forums. It might have to do with the number of new messages or subforums because Arkham Horror always timeouts as well.
The message I get looks like this:
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'
Script timed out
/edge_foros_cat.asp
The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.
I'm on a fast connection so that shouldn't be the problem. Has anyone else encounter this error?
Another problem I have encountered is that sometimes the Board Game forum shows new messages for a game, but when I enter the game forum there is none.

I also receive this error. Any updates to a solution?

From Firefly "Shindig"
Harrow: "You have to finish it, lad. You have to finish it. For a man to lay beaten... and yet breathing? It makes him a coward."
Inara: "It's humiliation."
Mal: "Sure. It would be humiliating. Having to lie there while the better man refuses to spill your blood. Mercy is the mark of a great man. (lightly stabs Atherton with the sword) Guess I'm just a good man. (stabs him again) Well, I'm all right."
I got this too today, though it does not really troublesome and the forums are marked as read anyway.
Harbourmaster at Talisman Island - Fourteen magical years & counting!! - Chock full of Talisman goodness! Igigwe!
Sometimes I even update my Facebook page for the site!
I have issues with the forums all the time, including the problem mentioned above, and very often have forums marked as having new posts that don't, slow response, etc.
Basically these forums are bunk and we just have to deal with it :D Unless there is a Dumpshock equivalent for WFRP.
