Disappointed with purchase

A number of the figures were broken when I opened my box; all of them had warped bases. They'll stand up but they look from acceptable to ridiculous. I'm wondering if mine is just an anomaly or if other people have experienced this as well?

Some plastic peaces of my game are bended due to the quality of the plastic. Would like beter quality knight figueres.

just use hot water trick to make them look normal
