The classic returns from the Warp, with aliens aplenty.
My copy of Cosmic Conflict has 28 Hazard cards and 21 Flare cards. The rules indicate there should be 29 Hazard cards and 20 Flare cards. Certainly there rules are incorrect about the number of Flare cards (since there are two Empath cards) but can anybody confirm firm how many Hazard cards there should be?

Yes, the rules think Classic Empath counts as a Hazard for some reason. 28/21 is correct.
