Do either of these affect the concealed pouch and what is inside it?

As mentioned in the other thread about the Concealed Pouch, I think the idea behind it is hidden from the view of other characters. If nobody knows you have it, they cannot steal it, cast a spell at it or whatever...
This would not affect a Gust of Wind/Whirlwind however to my mind. Weather features are much harder to fool!
