Anyone else NOT get their promos with FLGS preorders of the Reaper expansion?

Filled out all the paperwork and got it faxed in on time, yet my FLGS never received any promo cards. When the owner asked his distributors about it (he ordered copies through both ACD and Alliance), neither had even heard of the promo card deal.
