Hello

I am new to this game and was wondering what to do when missing items and sloppy painted mintures?

I got Yula the other day and there is a big flesh colour mark across her chest…its like a brush mark, how whoever painted it failed to notice this mark is beyond me, but that was not all!….the model was missing the 6 page rule book as well :(

I have sent an email to FFG to let them know but has anyone had any of these problems?..what did they do?

p.s i have wolf model to and he is painted fine (not knocking the over all paint jobs as they are good)

They have sent me replacements for everything I've ever needed…

Note: you  may need to send them a pic of the figure.

And the rule book is not necessary for Yula as her rules are in the Revised Rule Book, the mini book included with the fig is for Tann 1.0 only.

have you had bad paint jobs on models from tannhauser? (blobs and stuff )

No.

But I have recieved several replacement parts free from FFG for DUST Tactics, and a New Natalya because her base was molded badly and she fell over a lot.

Their customer service is usally very good.

yea, i had a few Dust models come badly cast and they replaced them really fast no problem….just hope my tannhauser box set models are ok (fingers crossed)

Looking forward to the new vids. Also seen the oterh stuff you do for TH like the cap model and red skull, great work.

been a noob here you might have already seen models from Incursion?…gretal von x and her sister would make good 'german' models
