Wheel and Deal+Soldier Tokens

Looking through the modules on the site Wheel and Deal looks interesting, but I've found that I can't stand to play without Soldier Tokens. Any suggestions on how to modify Military, I was thinking you roll 1d3 and add it to your total/subtract it from others' but is that too powerful?

You could submit two soldier tokens instead of one and choose which one to keep, or simply ignore the military option. All of the scenarios were made before the expansion came out so some tracks do tend to stand out in some scenarios.

I like that 2 soldier token idea, I'll go with that.
