I remember the first time I bought Runebound, my friends and I were sitting around bemoaning how 1-demensional it was (I didn't have any of the expansions or extra decks), when we ran across Descent: Journeys in the Dark. We were so grateful that we would be able to play the characters from Runebound through some more adventures. We had even discussed amongst ourselves trying to figure out away to join the two games together when... POW along comes Road to Legends. Thank you FFG for saving us the trouble. It is excellent.
