Saving the world ... without Open for Inspection ?!?

Was anyone surprised to see a Miskatonic U deck without Open for Inspection (F34 in the core deck)? I saw Professor Morgan, makes a Deep One tentacle-fest a non-issue. Does that mean this new cycle is a must-have for this faction, or something else?
If you have that card and the right mix of characters you can put 4 or 5 tokens on a story in tne turn. I am definitely newer at this game, so I'd be interested in other takes.

Yes, this cycle is good, but I think the point of the article was to highlight a newer, less-developed faction (Silver Twilight), and show what can be done with cards from the new cycle, such as the relics support cards. That's not to say that you couldn't add a couple Open for Inspection in there.
