I have Cold Spring Glen in game.

My opponent have 4 succes token in Negotium Perambulans in Tenebris (Conspiracy, you need 10 succes token to win it). And my opponent win The Opened Door:

If my opponent choose take his 4 succes token and move the 4 tokens on another story. My opponent must discard another 4 cards of his deck??

The card says "redistribute", which is different than "place". I don't think Cold Spring Glen will trigger.

Yep, this was also confirmed by Damon when I asked about the interaction between Cold Spring Glen and effects that "move" success tokens.
