Pax Magnifica Bellum Gloriosum!
I've searched the web and all the sites have listed it as out of stock or are over $100. can somebody point in the right direction because my group really wants to get into this game.

I am interested in this as well. I would love to purchase this game, but $200 is to rich for my blood. If Fantasy Flight restocked it at the $90-$125 I would be a buyer.
I'd hope Fantasy Flight would be getting more copies from manufacturing.
Have you tried contacting their customer support to inquire if the dwindled inventory in just a lull and more copies are expected?
They might be too tight lipped to comment but asking couldn't hurt. If anything it'd show that there is interest.
I e-mailed customer support the other day and they said they will be reprinting it and to expect it in stores around July.
