When the corperation spends three clicks to remove virus counters.
Does he remove counters from cards that are under the runners direct control as well (such as Crypsis)?

Currently, all virus counters are placed on cards that the runner controls. And purging all virus counters means ALL of them.

There are no corporation cards in the current card pool that will ever have virus counters on them.
