Do I roll 2 dice per solider in the unit instead of 1?
Also if I only have line of site for one solider in the unit do I roll to hit the entire unit when using a spray weapon?

You roll 1 dice for each spray symbol for each model in the target. So if the attacked squad has 5 models you would roll 2 dice each for a total of 10 dice.
