If a vehicle is Fast and it makes a Spot turn can it still make a 6" move? If it can, can this move be before or after the spot turn? Finally can I back up 9" normal or 12" marching?
I suspect the answer for all of these is yes based on rules as written.

The best thing to do would be to send in a Rules Question to the link at the bottom of the page.
I don't have a book to reference so I would say:
No movement on the Spot turn.
Reverse movement would be halved to +3"
The official answer from Zach (and rather quickly too, thanks) are:
- When making a spot turn, Vehicles (including Fast Vehicles) cannot move other than to adjust their facing.
- The maximum distance Vehicles (including Fast Vehicles) can back up is 3", or 6" if performing a March Move.
