Looking at the card images… So Kate is a public figure and art celebrity? Interesting. She must've recently attacked HB in that photo,
By art I believe she means her hacking and programming skills. Not actual art per se.
Also, her fiction (in the rulebook at least; I've yet to get the novels) does mention that she conceals her identity. It's far more likely she hasn't been tagged yet while having a celebrity artist profile.

But her bio is clear on the point that her real art is her hacking skills. She certainly hides her official identity, but on the other hand, we don't have the context for the art (as in who is she talking to exactly). It might be a pirate broadcast.
Without Signature
Running may be what she consider her true calling, but that doesn't mean she doesn't do other kinds of art that she's more well known for. It's also not likely to be a pirate broadcast because the art looks like an open press conference (count 1 camera and around 5 different microphones around her) rather than a rogue broadcast specifically addressing a particular community (runners).
In fact, it would be a case like Whizzard's. He's a celebrity as well, but he also hacks. Professional gaming is what he does on the surface but gaming the system is what he really likes to do- and does.

Or, put it this way: publicly, she makes some sort of futuristic, electronic art that's perfectly legal and is beloved by the people. On the flipside, the same programming and engineering skills she has also allows her to run the net, something which the public- and more importantly the corps- don't know about, and for good reason on her part.

The truth is we are all right. Based on what information we have available in can be interpreted in many ways.

Okay, okay. I'm not going to argue further. ;-)

Are the programs (or hardware) hosted on Personal Workshop available to be used while they still have power counters on them? If not what is the difference between hosted cards in Djinn and Personal Workshop?
Good question. In the rules, hosting is fairly clearly associated with installing, so for cards like Djinn, it should be clear that the program is available to use. I would note, however, that for Personal Workshop, the wording is "Host a program or piece of hardware from your grip" (emphasis mine), which would appear to indicate that the card in question is still effectively in your grip and not installed. Note that the wording on Djinn does not mention the grip, only installing programs.
I do like this card, although it really orients Shaper even more toward the long game. While programs are sitting on it having their install cost go down, the Runner has to be extra-careful not to pick up tags that would allow the Corp to trash them, so while it's a very efficient card (particularly if multiple Workshops are going at once), it calls for very defensive play.

What's the point of Marked Account? I mean, in comparison with Pad Campaign. The former costs nothing to rez and is slightly harder to trash, but you gotta work for it (pay clicks) to give you money. The latter isn't hard to rez to begin with.
The main point of Marked Accounts is that is pays off more quickly if you are long time but short cash. With Pad Campaign, you don't break a profit until the start of the third turn after you rezzed it - with Marked Accounts, you break a profit the second turn after you rez it and click it up. As you noted, though, you do have to invest time into it to keep it running, although 3 credits for 1 click is very efficient. The trash cost is just a bit steeper, which is also nice - it means it's even better than Pad Campaign for running it without ice.
Whether or not you decide to take it over Pad Campaign depends on the deck you're running. If you're running a long game, then Pad Campaign is much better; if you have a more aggressive strategy that will quickly win or lose, and are likely to be seriously strapped for cash, then Marked Accounts may be better.
Still no blink… damnit I'm pissed.

I wish Blink would get reprinted, but I'd be shocked if any of the die-roll cards came back. That also means no Rio de Janeiro City Grid. :(

I did tell you that was a card unlikely to ever come back in any major way. If it involves flipping a coin or rolling a die I wouldn't expect it to make its way into an FFG game without the coins or dice being provided. Just not their style.
