As rules said Corp can uninstall any asset/agenda or ice from any server prior to install any other. But with the runner, rules only said that runner can uninstall programs, but what about hardware and resurces? Can the runner uninstall any of these cards vouluntarily?

My understanding is that this is why "Aesop's Pawnshop" is so popular. It allows you to uninstall anything AND get Cred for it at the start of your turn. Though Wyldside is the only Resourse or Hardware that I'd think twice about later. Otherwise you are correct, it's in and you're stuck with it!
