I assume you mean official FFG tutorial? So far, no. They're probably working on it, but I'm sure it is quite the task.
The video posted above is indeed good and should help you if you need things clarifying. I found the rulebook/FAQ very well done, and these forums are also a great place to check certain aspects of rules you may need clarifying.
