What would someone need to do to get organized play set up for their town for netrunner as well as tournament directorship?

FFG organized play is done a bit different than other games. Not quite as formal. All you really need to do is buy the game night kit and arrange a time and date to play.

What about tournament director? Is there an organized system for that or you just do them?
