So, two things.

I made a house rule doc anyone can edit to add their houserules and homebrew. It also contains a fillable google doc character sheet:

I've been trying to make regiment creation "better", fixing things I perceive to be balance issues or things I thought needed to be changed/added. Please give any constructive criticism and suggestions on what to add or change.
