Stand together against an ancient evil
At the campaign configuration it states that heros take 3 exp worth of class cards and 150g each……..
My question is : those exp are kept aside for future use or can be used for classs cards before the intro of the campaign?
Im asking that because later on , on same section it states that heroes and OL start with initial basic equipments and. ability cards……….
Also when intro ends heroes are available to go shopping before the first Act I mission begins?

You misread it. That is under Advanced Rules, not Campaign Rules (emphasis mine).
Epic Play, page 19: "This optional rule is for players who wish to access high level Class, Shop Item, and Overlord cards outside of a campaign setting."
Yes, if you acquired items by searching tokens, you can use the money from them to buy shop items.
