Stand together against an ancient evil
The overlord's elemental died. A hero was in the entrance space. The elemental can't fit on the space because the hero is in the way. Can the elemental come into play or is the hero successfully blocking the overlord from bringing in the elemental back into play?

Reinforcement comes into play at the nearest possible space available, so if a hero is blocking one of the 2x2 spaces, the Elemental would come up just to the north of the Entrance.

This is stated in the section called "Reinforcements" on the inside cover of the quest guide, if you're looking for a rule to show your friends.
