Since the zombies are the only enemy that can attack the cardinal, I was wondering if he can be diseased. Thanks

Yes, however Koth's Willpower (Disease-test stat) is 4 and his highest, so it shouldn't last that long. Master Zombie using Immobilize (Grab ability) on Koth who has Might 2 is much more deadly.
