Nobody is 100% certain of a release date yet. My question is why would you not want it on your list? The worst that could happen is they try to buy it for you and can't or they end up getting you a preorder of it instead. Personally asking them to pay off a preorder of it isn't a bad idea either.
There are people selling it on ebay and I'm wondering how in the world are they doing that, are they demo copies or pre orders. hmm…crazy really.
