I can't order them myself. I'm from Canada and the shipping is killing the deal!!! something like 35-40$ for 20 pack.

Yeah I order a lot of stuff from Miniature Market and ship it to Nova Scotia but it is not worth it for just one pack of sleeves sadly. If I was placing a bigger order though these would be an instant addition.
