Right now, there is no set limit on the number of copies of a card you may have in your Command Deck. I think at the moment functionally it's about four (except Espo Trooper, which you may have 5 of), but theoretically, if there was a single Command card in 5 different Objective Sets, you could have 10 copies of that Command card in your Command Deck.

You may use up to two copies of any Objective Set, unless it says "Limit 1 per Objective Deck."
