Looks like CSI got this in stock because my pre-order was updated to ready to ship with a Fedex tracking number, looks like I'll be able to get a few games in with my son during the Christmas break afterall, awsome !

Ha, I was just about post that CSI lists it as in stock! I just ordered two copies!
