Now I can run a 100 point squad with the max ships for each.  Too good a deal to pass up. 

And, the X-Wing is $7.74 snd th Y-Wing is $8.49.

Yep, that's a very good deal.  I wasn't expecting such a sale after the $9 sale ended only a couple days ago.

Those prices are beyond sale, that's a clearance blow out.  I hope this game doesn't go out of print soon.  It's hard to grow a game if new players can't easily pick up what they need.

The game seems pretty popular, so hopefully they won't run out any time soon or do a second printing if they do (seems pretty common for FFG to do that with games). I'm guessing they just want to get rid of inventory before the end of the year.  Hopeing the Xs and Ys get down below $7… I could use one more of each to run 5 ship 100 point squads for each.  Not necessary, but if it's cheap enought I'll do it. 

Thanks for the heads up.  Even though I probably have enough for both sides, I picked up an additional TIE advanced to help even out the points in my fleets (the rebels are leading).  With a $6.39 price and a $5 amazon gift card sitting around for months (along with free prime shipping!), that was an irresistable deal.  I'll now be able to field three groups of Episode IV TIE groups (1x adv, 2x ties).
