When do you airdrop or bring reserves into play?

If I airdrop a unit during the command phase and they have a hero in the unit or within 12 of my command squad can I give them an order?

You can only deploy with Reserved / Air Drop during the Unit Phase, since it requires you to make a March Move.

Also note, that you are not restricted to any particular phase to bring the units in just currently the only way to do so is during the unit phase since it requires the use of a march move.
