They ship from China, so it can take a while, Oh and be sure you have a Paypal account, that's the only way to pay for them.

I use large bricks of gaming dice and just use 1s and 6s as hit and the rest as missess.

Another option if you dont mind spend a little more is to hit up http://www.battletactics.tv/.  They have custom dice for each faction, but are pricey at $24 for 12 dice.

The chessex custom dice are good.  There are other dice companies out there that will do them for similar prices as well.  Just Google custom dice

I am thinking of making a stensil and just spray painting some regular dice on the one and the six side.  Should still be able to use them for regular games, and get the bonus of working out dust hits easier.

I just bought a pack of 15 from NobleKnight games Ebay store for like $10.  They are pretty easy to get.
