I used smooth-on products. Rubber molds and resin castings. They work great and last a long time. The original sewer components were from anisty castings. I had to add the flat upper piece to all the components as the originals were to short for the DT minis. The base is a 9cmx9cmx 1/4"th piece of sintra (extruded plastic sheeting).
I hope to post more soon.

Wow, this is neat…
Thanks trying to get the next batch going. Hope to double the size soon. Then see what I have casting materials left for.

In my opinion you can start a mass production and sell them! ;)
Would you be interested in some? Unpainted for now. Let me know.
As the new sewer rules have not been introduced yet I have played a few games with my sewer system using russian and german troops and the standard rules. The games have either been german crushing victories or a stalemate. Now for some reason my dice rolling has been very weak for the russians but when entering into close combat the germans seem to dominate most of the time. Anyone having the same experience or is it just bad luck?
The board however has been great to play on. I wish there were some more players in south new jersey.
All those sewer sections look AWESOME! If you could fine rats at that scale it would look better then awesome.
It's only a game so have fun.
