Any homebrew scenarios or custom neutral unit/tactics cards builds for the given scenarios?

I'm wondering if anyone has cobbled together any of their own scenarios and playtested them for balance?

Also has anyone tweaked the various setups with the neutral units and tactics cards as suggested and found some viable builds they use again and again?
