Given that Games Workshop Licensing would have to give it the OK, I can't see it happening ever, unless GW makes it's own agreement with whoever it is that makes Hero Labs (FFG wouldn't be able to license out the 40k RPG rules themselves to the company, as the games contain GW owned IP).

Perhaps... but some pressure from FFG to GW may help facilitate a license, especially if they can show that there is fan support from such an endeavor. As it stands now FFG has not bothered to reply to anyone about this so I'd like to hear THEM say that GW is stopping this from happening.

The coding part is done, I'm just making not ugly it right now.
Also, it doesn't make a complete printable character sheet, but it eases the creation process greatly.
