MH location cards have been added

I downloaded the update to the Toolkit. At first glace, it looks like the missing MH location cards have been added. I checked the Cult encounters and locations in Dunwich, Kingsport, and Innsmouth. For each location I tried, I was eventually able to bring up MH content. I appreciate FFG taking care of the problem, even though it took a while.
My holy water is in my other pants.

I believe I've discovered another problem… location cards from Miskatonic Horror that require TWO expansions are being included even though only one of the expansions is active (or even purchased for that matter). Just drew a MH Dunwich location that required BOTH DH and BGotW.
REALLY hope that gets fixed.
