I'd be interested in details of the mail in promo card offer, if they are printed in the book. Does it look as if the offer is available worldwide?

I looks like it. I just costs and addition $1 to ship it internationally.

Well, it does have this quote on the actual page. "Allow 6-8 weeks for US delivery. (International orders may take longer)"
So yes, I'd say the offer is worldwide.

I could, but I would be lying. You have to cut out the last page of the book and send it in to FFG.

Yep, just cut out the last page in the book. It has no text aside from the order form printed on the back, so it's not a complete loss.

you could always photocopy the page if you are like me and will not deface a book. So is the book really on sale or is Amazon.com playing with the thin thread that is my sanity.
