Ok, this is one for the Errata when it's updated next.
On pg. 88 of The Jericho Reach table 2.1 says Oath of Xenocide gives all bolt weapons Devastating (1). The full description at the bottom of the page says Felling (1). Which one is it?

Probably Devastating, since it'd be a useless Oath with bolt rounds or special bolt weapons that are already Felling, of which a couple already exist. I can't remember any bolters, Relic or otherwise, that are Devastating.
I think a lot in that book needs attention from the errata. The way the characters strength bonuses are listed and applied are inconsistant. Many of the listed oaths and squad modes don't match with those in the associated table.
Some poort editing I think.
