Hi

Please clear it to me how dodge and auto, semmi autofire succes degrees are working

weapon with a S/2/4

Powermarine do a single shoot 7 degree hit - Luckman dodge but no degree just succes - it is still a miss

Powermarine do semmi auto shoot  7 degree hit - weapon max 2 hit - Luckman dodge with 1 degree - result is a miss as defender dodge the 2 bullet  or 2 hit as attacker still has 5 more degree?

When multiple shots are hitting (let's say four, for the sake of argument), the amount of shots dodged depends on how successful the dodge test was. If the dodger makes his test with no degrees of success, one shot is negated. For each degree of success, an additional shot is negated. So in the example of four shots hitting, a successful dodge test with three degrees of success would negate all four shots.

Ok so no matter how good the attack roll was, dodge will always negate hits meaning 6 degree auto hit with a weapon rate of fire 4 against a dodge 1 degree will be only a 2 hit not 6-2=4 hit.

Correct. After the attacker's degrees of success are used to determine how many hits land, you can effectively ignore his DoS and use the number of hits as the dodger's target. So in your example, 6 DoS yields 4 hits. If the dodger gets 1 DoS, 1 DoS + 1 standard = 2 dodges. 4-2 = 2 hits.

Glaire is correct.

When you dodge, you successfully dodge one hit from a weapon if you pass the dodge test. PLUS you dodge one additional hit for every degree of success you get on the dodge test.

Straight pass no DoS = 1 hit dodged
Pass plus 2 DoS = up to 3 hits dodged
Pass plus 4 DoS = up to 5 hits dodged
