A place for friendly banter and announcements among local players.
Are there any? I am new to the game, and after talking to some players at Gencon was unable to find a definitive answer. I am in a small town about 20 miles from Lincoln if that matters at all to any NE residents. Some friends and I want to get involved in the game but are looking for players beyond our circle of friends as well.

They are hopefully setting up a league in 'almost-Omaha' (Bellevue) which would be great!

I'm two years late on this response, but better late than never ... right? I recently picked up the game and am looking for players in or near Omaha. I'm planning on taking the core set down to Coliseum Friday night (3/23/12) to see if I can get anyone sucked in if anyone wants to join.
